How exactly are you supposed to rate an artifical turf? Its definitely a turf. Parking close by and toilets. About what you would expect for a sports field
Good artificial pitch, however little else e.g. toilets or changing room unless the college or adjacent Rugby grounds open.
Great pitch, plenty of room for spectators, and on a good day it's got a glorious view of Evans Bay.
