Woman Beware!!!! If you take this company to task about incorrect measurements by his staff on custom furniture...... he will blame you or make you feel its your fault!!! He will belittle you over the phone and laugh at you should you expect some redress . Begrudgingly he will come to the party and tell you how much it cost him. Something of which can only rest entirely on his key staff that is responsible for the measurements ,when sent to site. Great rniture but very poor after sale service. If something is not quite right and needs rectified, they don't follow up in a timely fashion and are very poor with their return communications. His female key consultant is inept and shares the owners bullying attitude...... My personal opinion is.... Shop somewhere ELSE!!!!

Fantastic special store. Gorgeous unique classic furniture. We looked for a couch for months and finally found one we love at Stacks, very high quality at a reasonable price. Customer service was top notch, shipping was smooth and on time, everyone we dealt with was lovely and responsive. We are so happy with our purchase and will definitely return for our future furniture or interior decor needs!
Absolutely atrocious service. Terrible communication, hostile sales people and generally unhelpful. Will never purchase from here again and will no longer be recommending to my friends and family. Do yourself a favour and go 500m down the road to Inhabit Designstore.
Highly recommend Stacks Furniture! Although our table and bench seat felt like it took forever to arrive due to COVID delays, we had a super friendly delivery first thing this morning and I couldn’t be more happy. Thank you team - we may be back for some chairs!
Great furniture and wonderful customer service, they delivered my table free of charge, rescrewed the legs in and gave me a bottle of polish. Highly recommend.
Great couches and excellent service
Stacks is a great furniture store. Large selection of well made furniture that is competitivly priced. Lots of fresh ideas and interesting accessories - I always walk away from this store feeling inspired. All backed by super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff.
Stacks can really improve on their customer service and order handling. Ordered a couch that was 3 weeks late in delivery, then got a passive aggressive call (from Dunc) about final payment being late when never told me it was due before delivery. Tried to make it sound like a favor when they were really the ones who dropped the ball (multiple times). Few of their staff are lovely and their goods are really nice - not worth the stress and money.
