I have used student job search many times - to assist me in shifting house, house cleaning and gardening and odd jobs around the house. Students have often been working part time since their early to mid teens and also taking on responsibilities and leadership roles through their High Schools, sports, church, at their Tertiary institutions and in their families or other organisations they belong to. They bring these skills and experiences with them - they definitely are not 'unskilled' or 'inexperienced'. The students I have hired have always been well matched to the job at hand, have communicated very well prior to the job, turned up on time, done a great job - often suggesting better ways of doing things which I was very happy with! - cleaning up after themselves, working hard, trustworthy and also very pleasant to work with and have around. I would highly recommend Student Job Search.

Good and Bad experiences. From hired students almost always on their phone, no initiative, to costing me money by causing damages, and not able to follow basic instruction. But occasionally you'll get a good one that works well.
