Gym is all about how good the trainers are and synergy is setting an impeccable example of that. After coming to synergy I got the opportunity to get trained under some really awesome trainers. So I just want to thank synergy for my incredible transformation.

Ive been coming to this gym for years and love the family/community feel of the gym. The staff are lovely and all very knowledgable in what they do. Something that you don't find in a lot of other mainstream gyms!

I have been looking for a gym like this place for the longest time, and it made my month finding this place. The pool is probably the best one I have found in central Wellington, it's combination of salt water and chlorine is really great on your skin and doesn't leave you smelling like a chlorine for the rest of the day. The staff is super friendly, the changing rooms are spacious and always clean, I could go on and on. Basically this place is great.

I was introduced to Synergy Fitness by a colleague who couldn’t speak highly enough of both the trainers and the Gym. I never really liked the whole gym environment, but went and had a look, signed up and haven’t looked back. The Trainers are awesome, they will happily adapt to different fitness/ability levels and are super encouraging and the general atmosphere is fun, friendly and supportive. I’ve been going to the small group classes for about 6 months now and love it – highly recommend!

Awesome little gym! The classes are loads of fun, and there is all the gym equipment you need. The trainers are super supportive and happy to train all levels of ability. I have been going to this gym for around 4 years now and love it. I can't say enough good things about this place!
