I have shopped at this store since the week it opened. The staff are A1 and we have a lot to chat about each day. I have bought a load of gifts from this shop a little on the expensive side but beautiful things. Only have one bad thing to say, and that is the counter is to small and could also do with another till. Thanks all.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE! Worst customer service experienced, I called to confirm a product is silver when the photo is shown white, they told me it’s actually silver. Upon receiving - it was white. I spent photos of the variations, they still think it’s white said not exchange the product but give me a free 4 coil. After emailing and calling multiple times they are telling me it’s white again and won’t send a coil.
