the hot pot set menu was amazing，good price as well, 28 bucks feeds my tummy really full, we can't even finish all the food they given. the shop was full of people, so the service is a bit slow... but staffs are friendly and running for our requirements. Also their ingredients looks fresh, we picked a few skews for deep fried, it smells SOOOO GOOOOD. definitely coming back for the skews!

Terribly slow service. Their system definitely requires a lot more improvement. Three of us were booked to have hot pot. Ordering system was a bit complicated for first time customers but we managed to get everything ordered. The problems started after we ordered. There was a water self serving corner with no water jugs and we had to ask for water 3 times. Not only us, I saw multiple people asking for water but it just seemed like they were understaffed as they all looked busy. We were waiting for the dumplings we ordered for 30mins after we started eating and had to ask for it. They were completely forgotten so we had to cancel it. The arrangement of the interior is so awkwardly placed that people waiting to get hotpot food/sauce, people ordering and people wanting to pay are all crammed in one spot. The walkway for staffs to enter their kitchen was in the same spot too so pretty much chaos. After the food, we wanted to split the payment by the 3 of us. After my friend made her payment, the staff realized she had mistakenly forgot to charge us for additional 8 dollars. She should have charged more money from my friend who already paid but instead, she said “you’re okay, you don’t need to pay because you already paid. “ which made me think that the staff would forget about the 1/3 of the 8 dollars. Instead, she claimed the additional 8 dollars from just the remaining two of us. It was her mistake to not charge for it and making us having to split the money again after the disappointing experience made it even worse. I would not go again nor recommend this place to anyone.

Terrible service whole time from start to finish. Since we sat down, we kept asking them to order something but still waiting and waiting. It seemed all staffs doesn't know how to run the service at all. No one is really in charge whole restaurant to manage this place... Too pricy as well. We all desperated to go out of that place as soon as we finish. I will never ever go there. NEVER

Great dumplings!! Best I've ever had probably. I made a last minute decision and went during lunch rush so be smart and order online to beat the rush but still it's worth the wait. Will be back with friends, for sure!!
