Heidi is the best lash artist and does the most beautiful, natural and long-lasting lashes. The lash lounge is a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere and I couldn't go anywhere else for lashes. Easy to book and super friendly.

I've been a client at the Hi-Lash lounge since before it moved to its current location. I have loved how my lashes look. Unfortunately, I can no longer be a client. I have had my appointments canceled too many times, usually with limited notice, and more than once with less than an hour, despite booking three weeks out. I have wasted money on train tickets only to be asked in transit to reschedule for non-emergency reasons. The customer service is lacking, and while the lashes look nice, they are not worth the trouble.
