I have to disagree with the review before mine. In my experience I have The Pet Centre to be in it for the animals, and that’s fish included who some people take for granted. They would much rather find a safe and appropriate home for the fish, what’s the point in sending them home to die like Animates do! If you want to point it into a reasonable perspective, I would rather have to wait a few weeks to make sure the tank is safe, instead of taking them home to die from toxic water. Pet Centre for the win. Don’t trust the opinion of someone who was to impatient to do the right thing for the animal.

Spent a lot of money on aquarium set up but after repeated visits over four weeks still getting conflicting or no advice on how we can fix a problem that’s preventing the water being ready for fish. Got on the phone to Animates who were super helpful, offered solutions and very kind. Bypass this store and go to Animates.

Massive kudos to you guys, placed an order for delivery yesterday as my quails were desperate for hay to make their nests and you were sold out before lockdown and it arrived this morning! Whoever you collaborated with for deliveries was a great choice. Always enjoyed coming in before but wanted to give extra props to you for the adaptation to the lockdown. Cheers
