Excellent service from The Warehouse Johnsonville who went out of their way to help find what I wanted, held it until I could get there and had it ready and waiting behind the counter. I didn't expect to be able to do this during the Boxing Day sales, we were almost an hour away at the time. So thank you to the staff and management for your friendly and courteous service.

Nice and quiet. Shop staffs are always talking to each other too much.
Not as spacious as the store in Porirua for example, but with very friendly and helpful staff. Though, it has reasonable and affordable variety of most stuff excluding much of the small furniture options, as I can recall, in comparison to the other of The Warehouse bigger stores.
I've got here 3 times and all 3 of those times they didn't have the item I was after (which wasn't anything strange or uncommon, you would think..) however the staff have always been lovely and helpful with assisting me in finding another warehouse that stocks the item!
Not the biggest Warehouse but always pleased with products and feel satisfied when leaving that I have what I need.
Small Store, helpful friendly Staff
Good service and helpful staff but it is a small store. Sometimes it's hard to find or they don't stock specific items that I've needed. Staff are happy to order or replace items with no fuss. Would go there again for last minute Christmas tree and present shopping again. :)
