Our dog run arrived a lot quicker than anticipated, so was very happy about that as we were wanting/needing it asap. The instructions for setting it up were a little off and confusing, would have been helpful if some bits were explained better but luckily we figured it out pretty quickly by ourselves. The dog run itself is pretty good and meets our needs well, so pretty happy

These guys are completely dishonest. I bought one of 10 units (sideboards) they imported into the country that were improperly machined. It won't stay together and the drawers won't even fit into it. They openly admit this and yet fragrantly flout out trading laws, by refusing to pay me a full refund. They told me it was my fault and fobbed me off until my builder friend intervened on my behalf. They tried to fob him off as well. After much stress, lost time and 300 poorer, they are trying to get away with a 50% refund and get me to pay for shipping the now glued and screwed and improperly fitting unit to Christchurch. (I live in Nelson). NEVER deal with this company. If their product is faulty (and it likely will be), they won't meet their obligations. They are putting barrier after barrier in my way so they don't have to. They are relying on the fact that people are ill informed or too scared to stand up for themselves. I am gobsmacked that they are allowed to continue trading and I will be reporting them to the Commerce Commision, TradeMe (which is where I bought the item) and taking them to the Disputes tribunal unless I get my refund in full today. I bought a fancy looking bed frame. It turned up in a slightly beaten box hence the 4/5 not 5/5 but that aside, it was easy to put together and very sturdy. Surprisingly no damage to the frame. Pretty happy over all. There was delay that I wasnt told about until I asked but they got back to me quickly which I appreciated.

My first experience with this store and I'm happy to report it couldn't have gone smoother ... great store to purchase convenient products! I purchased moderately priced outdoor storage locker with them online ... quality was relevant to item(flatpack) and price, order was processed promptly and delivery followed in short order! Outdoor Garden Furniture at a competitive price as cheaper than other more well known places but of the same quality. Also after unpacking it was missing some of the feet though after contacting TSB they (Charlotte) promptly sent these items in the post so overall 5 Stars from me...

Product arrived promptly. The instructions were inadequate and the roof supports are not uniform resulting in a loose roof allowing for water pooling. The advert doesn’t match the roof materials. Apart from the roof we are reasonably happy with the run.

I bought a gaming table, good quality table and cheap compare to other table. Took just under a week to deliver which is fine. Highly recommend. Good service good product.
