can't speak more highly of these guys! went to another laundromat over to home, wanted to charge me 40 to wash my mattress topper. went to hataitai and it cost me 6! plus I forgot to bring laundry powder and the helpful guy who worked there offered me not only free laundry powder but also fabric softener and bleach!! was a super kind bleach and I will always go here from now on. THANKS GUYS!

Great Management and spotless maintenance. Had small incident but management quick to take action and i am pleased with their great customer service
Not dispensing tokens from the actual laundrette is nonsense. Once the four square is close you have to drive to Caltex to get tokens. Surely a 24hr laundrette should have a machine that dispense tokens. The machines are really good though

Large washing machines smelt so bad, ruined my laundry one time and never gonna use it again (lack of maintenance.. I guess??). The dryers are good. That's what we came here for.
