Went here about late 2019 looking to get a skin treatment done. The person (I forget her name, starting with A) said she had to get training done in order to perform the treatment. Before that, I was to buy several products as I was told my skin had to be ready for the treatments (which wasn't a big deal, it was just a bit of money and I did benefit somewhat from using them). A month or two passes without a word. So I call her, and she says that she is still finishing the training. And she's never contacted me again. Money is one thing, but a lack of consideration for your time and effort is another. Whole experience just makes me feel disrespected. I've thought about this on and off since then, and you know what? It's not ok.

If I could give more than 5/5 I would! Janus is an incredible stylist (especially with blonde hair) and everyone in the team always goes the extra mile to make you feel right at home. Won’t go anywhere else! Highly recommended!!

I went vivo because one of my friend was happy about her result also I read all reviwe about this salon.They totaly changed my plan.No doubt they were friendy but not professional .If you are one of dark hair do not 100% sure they can do what ever you want for highlight .If you are blond hair one go ahead .easy for them .

I went to this salon 2 months ago to get my hair colored. One of the head stylist was nice but I felt her being nudgy. She was very assertive. I got a balayage which I was not at all happy about later. I couldn't say much at that time because she was very assertive and didn't make me feel fully comfortable. She said that the color will take less cost for maintenance after a few months and now I have to spend more money on fixing my hair. Small things like a photo of my hair for memories felt rushed! They need to improve on making customers feel more comfortable especially the ones who are socially shy. I expected much better service as I have been to Vivo in Hamilton which was great.

I had the most horrible experience with Jamie yesterday. First she washed my hair with hot water, then she blow my hair up like a giant tomato, then I found out that she didn’t button up the cape properly so lots & lots of my hair fell inside my back inside all my clothes & pretended she didn’t noticed when I left the salon. I came home & had to shower & changed all my clothes, the hair even fell inside my jean. Never in a million will I see her again, obviously she’s not trained & inexperienced. Very disappointed..
