Worse than zero. Racially profiled as I entered the store to purchase a phone, they also tried to tell me I wasn't eligible for a free watch with the phone purchase, however it was on the display monitors at the rear of the shop and once I pointed it out to them, the staff attempted to cover their attempt. The most disgusting customer service I have ever been subject to.

Amazing workers who went above and beyond for me!! Jake helped me set up a plan and decide on a phone, and Darius helped me for nearly an hour when I set up my new phone. Extremely onto-it staff members and was so grateful for the extra help!

I'm seriously annoyed with the two people I had to deal with in Cuba St Vodafone. When I took my phone in she kept testing things I already told her didn't work. Then when she finally agreed that was I was saying was true, I had to wait for 1.5 hours while my data was backed up. The phone came back quickly. I asked the second person where was my data? He said they must have done a reset. So I asked where can I get my data and he said just go to Restore and it will all be back. You guessed, it. Restore only brought back a few bits of data. No pictures, no apps. So now I've got to go through loads of apps and accounts, and transfer data from my own back-up. A quick tip for anyone else. Take your own back-up of data before you hand your phone over to these people. And of course, they don't answer the shop phone. They are useless.

Oh my... even I HAD more knowledge of their products and phones than they did! Absolutely NO HELP at all, nada... zip! Been a loyal customer for 10 years and paid them thousands... walked straight out and went to 2 Degrees and brought an iPhone XS and signed up to their superior plans! Avoid this place unless you want to deal with kids that don't really know, nor care about what they sell...
