I've just used Wakefields to print my Masters Thesis, this was the first time I've used their services and I couldn't be more impressed. From friendly prompt communication, with clarity of instruction, confirmation and easy payment systems, through to quick printing and receipt of product - which is beautifully bound and colour printed - I'm a super happy client. Thank you! Highly recommended.
I rushed after work to get there to have my documents printed and walked in at 5pm and the gentleman told me that he can't print anything, because they have already shut down all the printers. I was confused, because it says that they work until 5.30pm. But he didn't really care about it and just gave me an indifferent look. He mentioned other places where I could try to print my documents, but I still feel very disappointed with the service. Please mention on your website that you actually don't do anything after 5pm, so people won't waste their time to get to you.
Excellent printers, competed my order in great time and at very high quality. Were happy to run a couple of different proofs and I went from initial email to having final prints in my hand in around a week. Definitely on the upper end of my budgeted cost, but their skill. professionalism and industry knowledge made it worthwhile.
