I first reached out to David about hypnotherapy when I was struggling with a phantom pain in my eye. While doctors had been helpful in telling me that there was nothing physically "wrong," David was the first person to help me understand that this sensation was triggered by stress and anxiety. I attended a few hypnotherapy sessions where David and I worked through multiple experiences and anxieties that had been contributing to my overall stress levels. It was so wonderful to have someone unbiased to talk to about my insecurities and troubles. David's outlook on life is amazing and his kind, wise words truly have helped me in my day-to-day life. When I told David I was leaving New Zealand, he made me a hypnotherapy recording to take on my travels. His calming and reassuring voice has come in handy multiple times throughout my journey. I highly recommend David and Waking Life. His energy is contagious and I look forward to seeing him again when I return to New Zealand.
