A great place for stationary and printing, they handled the architecture students printing very well when I was there!

Lyall Bay: The service is terrible, the staff are stressed and grumpy. The shelves are half empty and they appear to have very little knowledge about their own products and services.

I ordered click and collect printing for a job interview. I phoned up twice to see how long it would take, the first hung up the second didn’t call back as promised. I have not heard a thing if it is ready and given up

I ordered a poster print that I had drawn myself for a 21st gift. I had no order confirmation, so three days later I went in-store to inquire for my print. My print status said it had been collected, however not by me. Thee staff member happily printed off a second copy of my print, however, there was no apology that they had mistakenly given my print to someone else without requiring confirmation of purchase from them. I emailed customer service to let them know what ha happened so that we can come to a resolution - they have not replied to my emails. I am highly disappointed as selling graphic prints is one of my jobs and a staff member has given away an expensive one-off print without asking for proof of order.

The photo machines took an age and they didn't work. Didn't have any of the products that I wanted and Hutt is better; soz.

Absolutely abysmal print quality, despite providing a file with bleeds to specs listed on the website, both posters were printed with a white border. When I asked the employee about it I was told they can't do full size A2 poster, while their website clearly states the opposite. I'm not sure if their Duraprint printer was miscalibrated but it is the worst, most blurry mess of a print job I have ever seen - just good for the trash. Complete disregard for quality, it's like they did not even bother to check the print or the file specs. I regret not asking for my money back - extremely amateurish service I'll be sure to never use again.
