Worst beauty appointments in my life. Went there for laser though from what I could tell it was more IPL/electrolysis as I've had laser before but never like this. Incredibly painful, saw no reduction in hair growth over the months (like I had with laser elsewhere), I even prepaid 1k but walked away after a few appointments due to a rude staff member who also turned out to be the manager. Went for several appointments but on one occasion she felt my hair wasn't short enough for the treatment so she pulled out a razor and shaved in EVERY direction - I was covered in blood which didn't stop till I got home. Would not recommend.

Made a very scary first Brazilian easy. It didn't hurt anywhere near as much as I thought and the lovely lady who did it was kind and chatty and explained everything. I have rebooked already.

I've been going here for 3 years for laser & electrolysis - and I'd NEVER go anywhere else. They are always amazing when I have things pop up last minute and I appreciate their loyalty rates. Skill of the technicians is amazing and you feel incredibly comfortable even in a bit of a vulnerable position! They also don't oversell packages for when you don't really need sessions. I am as smooth as a baby dolphin and it's thanks to this impeccable team of ladies. Thanks Gabby, Nikita and Maria :)

I had my eyebrows waxed and lashes tinted. Waxing was quick and barely painful. I have very thick and unruly brows and my technician (unfortunately, I forgot her name, but she was friendly and chatty) made them look neat but still natural! Would highly recommend!
