I'd been looking for someone who could make my knives really sharp again, when I eventually came across Tim on the internet. Not only is he in my neighbourhood, but he is a fantastic knife sharpener who knows his stuff! Tim is really helpful and friendly - giving me lots of tips about looking after my knives and even showed me how to use a steel properly to keep them sharp! It's like having new knives - preparing dinner is fun again:)
Great service from Tim, who sharpened my Global knife set. I can't believe how much easier it is to slice vegetables. As well as the sharpening, Tim advised me on keeping my knives sharp and sent me a video clip on how to sharpen knives.
