came to buy shower and vanity no one approached me.. there were 3 staff standing around after 20 mins I walked out and got my bathroom fittings from another merchant were I got service and advice.

I spent half an hour wandering around the showroom recently. Not one salesperson appeared who I could approach for guidance. It was not a Saturday and the place was not busy. No one came to assist me even when I stood for ages waiting at the desk where someone was being served. I could see staff in office area but no one came out. So I left. Very poor customer service - won't be coming back. If you want to sell stuff, need to do a bit better than that!
