Tasty food and friendly service. Good little cafe to stop on the way up North or back to Auckland. Standard selection of cabinet food and good salad/hot dishes menu.

Lovely quiche and coffee, but a little grubby and staff member stood right next to us while we were deciding what to eat. Carpet and chairs need a good clean.

On our way to Auckland we stop over this place for lunch. We had that day special lamb shank . It was very nice and juicy lamb. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal.
