Terrible terrible terrible. The lady at the counter didn't want to exchange my USD for pointless reasons . and asked me to go to the competitors n1 Currency... I had everything she could need .. I am very disappointed as I always exchange my money to your company.. No at this location though terrible the lady's name in Sophie? I cant believe it still such a way to work and please customers

Not enough staff so the wait is often long. If you are looking for a quick money change go somewhere else. Update: a Friday morning at 10am, still only one person working and waited for twenty minutes before giving up and going to No1 Currency. Good rates but _very_ slow.

Went in to Travel Money to get some AUD for my daughter who was going to Australia. I was served by Michelle. What an awesome lady. I was so confused by how i all worked and the exchange rates etc. But Michelle was really patient. It was no problem for her. I have used Travel money 3 times since since and always the same service. Will always go there now for our FX. In a time where good customer service is almost non existent, its so good to have a staff member that is willing to take the time and go the distance. Thanks Michelle.

I have travelled extensively for many years and have used multiple currency exchange booths , but for the last few years have used Travel Money Nor West exclusively, Sophie has been the most helpful and polite rep that i have ever had.Great knowledge and customer care.Travel money you are very fortunate to get such great staff.
