Always found Martin to be a great Dr. To the point and thorough with his patients. I am sad to see him go after 3 years.

Dr Martin Smith is the worst doctor i have ever been to. The nurses and admin staff are lovely, but Dr Martin Smith is a piece of work! When i sent a complaint to him via email, due to the profound language he used towards me and lack of respect he had when dealing with me during my appointment, he never emailed back. However, he did ring me and threatened to get me fired from my job (which i had only just started that week). Dr Martin Smith is the most unprofessional doctor that i have ever met, i just hope that he manages to improve his customer service and learns how to not act like a callow youth and more like a professional doctor who can pride himself in good customer relations and a healthy work environment. I feel sorry for anyone that has to go through such a horrible experience with Dr Martin Smith.
