First time visiting this Cobb & Co in Whakatane, very good food for lunch. The atmosphere was lovely with wonderful service from their waiting staff. Our girl was warm and friendly with a lovely sense of humour. Will go back again

The food is really good. Really good sized meals. Weka wings are so good.
Our waitress for the night was amazing and friendly as for the rest of the staff I couldn't say the same. The food was terrible all of our meals apart from 1 were uneaten(we did take them home with us). We were a table of 6 and our meals were served within 5-10 minutes, one meal was served raw!when asked for a new one we were told choose something different as it would be cooked the same! Do not recommend this place. Not worth the Money. Stick to your own cuisine.
Customer service needs improvement. Shrimp cocktail was bland, prawns were dry and to top it off, the steak wasn't cooked properly. Really need to up your game Cobb n Co. Very disappointing.
We were seated and served our meals quickly. The food was basic and fine however once it was on the table we did not see a waitress again. So no more drinks no desserts.... We say there for a very long time with our dirty plates before giving up. I then waited at the till for 10 minutes or more before someone came to take my payment. No one asked how our meal was. Another family waiting at the till suffered exactly the same service and again did not order more because the waitress never came back.
Had lunch today fish pie and ribs. Waitress very friendly and efficient. Food tasty and good value.

Awful food. Mac and cheese was just cooked pasta with a handful of melted cheese. Dry and inedible.
