Donella Buttimore from Whakatāne Helloworld is amazing! We have used her to book our annual overseas trip for about 10 years and things have always gone smoothly. This year she went way beyond our expectations. Our son and his partner were stuck in Britain as airports started to close all across the world. They had already lost two expensive self booked fares and we were in a state of panic. We rang Donella and within 6 hours she had them on a flight through Canada, arranged their transit visa, gave them her number to ring if more things went wrong, texted them and us as they flew across the world at all hours of the night. She went above and beyond for our family. She could have not done more! Ring her for all bookings from now on!
Highly recomended, staff, especially Donella is a great help. Nothing is ever to much trouble. Keep up the fantastic job guys

Never been so disappointed in a company. Booked a P and O cruise through them (I recommend sticking to direct bookings with P and O). Booked a specific catergorie room OH on level 6 paid more for it and the guarantee of level 6 or above and our travel agent (manager) didnt tick the box for not wanting an upgrade so where left on level 4 which Is classed as an upgrade which means p and o can put you anywhere really due to her mistake of not ticking the box. We finally got our room to realise were on level 4 and complained to hello world on a wed and she did nothing till friday when it was to late all rooms went on sale on thursday at half price. DONT USE HELLO WORLD FOR BOOKINGS THEY SEEM TO NOT CARE WHEN THIER LAZY MISTAKES WRECK YOUR BIRTHDAY CRUISE AT FULL COST!! NEVER AGAIN. Abouslutley disgusted with this company.
