Terrible service, the sales person advised I could return the shoes if they didn't suit. I returned them unworn within a week and only then did they advise that they only issued store credit or a swap! I am now 255 out of pocket and they are no longer returning my phone calls - they just want your money
Poor customer service, lack of knowledge, they didnt have my shoe size so said they would order it in, 2 weeks later no call back, so i called them, turns out they couldnt even get my size and didnt let me know. Never going back there again.

Some of the worst service i have ever had 0 accountability 0 effort only want more money out over actual customer service.
Online order for 1 pair of shoes. No email response past initial transaction. After six weeks of waiting and several calls to check on order I asked for a refund.
