read reviews before going to reads. was a bit hesitant but went to them anyway just cause they're local. give them a chance. upon arrival someone came to me straight away an we organized for someone to visit the next day. when I went to two other places they were rude and/or busy/uninterested. person came an quote was emailed same day. email communication was great. went an paid for carpet it was ordered an the person who done the carpet done a great job . solo person just worked non stop maybe a 15min break all day an so stoked with the job. Dont know what some of the reviews were on about . job completed 02-09-2020. Highly recommend.

17 grand..... Hopefully my mum is made happy somehow . Consumer rights. They paid in full and devices not provided in full....... They hire kids that have no customer relation skills.
This has been a great experience with these people. Did our lino, carpet and kitchen. Nothing has been a problem to them. Been nice dealing with them
Brought ferm fit flooring when we got invoice was incorrect. When I question invoice got verbal a buse from one staff member and told to f off . however one of the other staff stepped in and in a few minutes and some quick mathis we had it sorted and credit was given.
The team was very helpful and the job was done very well. thanks again
Ordered vinyl to be put down in my kitchen and bathroom. I have never seen so poor workmanship. Don't recommend.
Clean tidy and friendly service
Misleading information from sales rep that quoted new underlay and carpet. Said we could re-carpet over the old existing carpet that apparently was glued down, which in fact wasn't true. So we uplifted the old carpet at last minute when the carpet layer explained that this wasn't possible. No information was givin about the possibility of our doors not being able to close after the new carpet was in. Annoyed as we had mentioned to the rep that we had planned to paint our vanished doors before they came in to put the new carpet down. After the carpet installation, we have now planed down the bottoms of the doors to fit and have had to do touch ups. Double handling our jobs. We were not made aware that 1 person would be doing the job over 2 days total around 13hours to lay 22lm of underlay and carpet. We could have slept in a hotel. The receptionist lady has the worst attitude and hangs up the phone on you. Please people save yourself the stress, we strongly recommend other options.
