At Robert Harris Café Whakatane, the staff work very hard to make things as easy for you as possible. So they concentrate on creating a coffee that’s second to none. They offer a delicious range of snacks and meals – baked fresh in the cafe every day – to tantalise your tastebuds, and trust me very naughty too You can Settle down on a comfortable seat, order your favourite coffee and take it easy because Whakatāne Robert Harris Café will make you feel right at home. had a latte and a cheese scone. Both were delicious. Rather large for a coffee house. The scone was fresh, soft, and quite tasty. All in all, Food was so good! Service is super fast! I think it's a hot spot for the locals because I always seen the same faces come in first thing in the morning for their morning coffee and breakfast! Love this place! Thanks for having me!

Waited 30 min for coffee. Finally went to counter. Oh, must have missed it they said. No apology. Last visit there.. Thanks for reply and yes you were busy but an apology for missing my order would have helped. I only went to counter when I noticed people who had ordered at least 10min after me getting their order. Perhaps your staff need better training!!

Lovely warm welcome from the manager and his staff. Nice range of fresh food. Not a huge fan of RH coffee, but the overall experience is certainly good enough to have me visit again.

Staff are rude. Like lady we dont need to know you decided not to quit smoking this year thanks for telling the whole cafe. Be more professional also sweeping under our table making us feel like we have to move! Retrain your staff to serve and waitress properly! I reccomend just going to rotas for a bite and coffee!
