Rang to make enquiry about if they do work in Opotiki, I was pretty much fobbed off by the receptionist who presumed I wanted a plumber this week. She said yes we do but no ones available until next year (which I was fully expecting, I actually just wanted to book in for next year when available) before I had the chance to tell her that's fine, she promptly said OK! And hung up so that's OK with me, I won't be calling them next year at all
