wasted my whole lunch break waiting for my appointment that was booked in. this is not the first time this is happend. im very disappointed in appointment punctuality and lack off doctors/nurses.

Very good quick service... little wait between nurse and doctor but I was warned about that. Small surgical procedure handled so professionally. Friendly staff. Keep up the good work.
My partner ordered vaccines, paid for them ahead of time and we expected to go in, get the jabs and out. We went in got the jabs amd they told us all good nothing outstanding. Few minutes later they call us and say the nurse gave us a different vaccine and we have to pay an extra 90 because of her error. I can't believe she didn't even consult us first (she forgot to) and then expects US to pay for her mistake. Her bedside manner was quite curt too. We shouldn't even have been asked to pay this. She sent an email admitting it was all her fault but still expects us to pay. What kind of professional practice runs like this? Very disappointed and we won't be paying for her mistake sorry. Looking for a different practice.
Friendly helpful staff. There can be a wait but you get that at any doctors I've been to.
Don't be 5 mins late for appointment THEY WONT SEE YOU this poor man who couldn't find carpark in time very rude people here
Doesn't matter when you make an appointment. They are always running late. Expect to wait for at least 30 mins every time you want to see the doctor. Make nurses appointments whenever possible.
