Tanira and Denese established Workforce Recruitment in October 2016 to offer a modern and fresh approach to recruitment in the Eastern Bay of Plenty. We provide a confidential service to everyone we are in contact with, and we pride ourselves on our ability to relate to (almost) anyone due to our combined years of experience in recruitment and business across several industries including kaupapa Maori, health, agriculture, and local government. We work hard to get it right the first time, by listening to our clients, getting to know you, and making sure we understand your needs. For our candidates looking for work, or just a change, we make it our business to get to know you. And we will always reply to your emails and return your calls. Placing people into jobs is not all we do. We also offer a variety of training and support packages both to our clients and candidates.
