Everything said in previous reviews is completely accurate! We were transformed! during our 4-day stay in this beautiful relaxing place. We are very grateful to Kim for her thoughtful hosting. Nothing was too much trouble - even kindly supplying soda water daily. There's also plenty to see/do nearby if the fancy takes you - the east cape is gorgeous.

A beautiful and surprisingly spacious place set amongst a number of mature native trees. Enjoying meals on the deck while listening to the numerous bellbirds, tui, and kereru was a real pleasure. A truely relaxing experience
Aruhe is a beautiful spot to stay for a relaxing and refreshing time. Kim’s hospitality made us feel at home and the extra touches, such as breakfast food, made our stay even more comfortable. The location is perfect and the views are stunning. We particularly enjoyed the comfortable bed. Thanks for having us Kim!
Next time we'll stay longer! This was a most peaceful and relaxing place to stay on a road trip around the East Cape. Attention to detail and the quiet ambience of the place were remarkable. Kim is a pleasant, unobtrusive and helpful host, and little Kuskus is a delight. Highly recommended.

A really beautiful cottage. Kim is an outstanding host, furnishing it with everything you may possibly need and more! Wven though we only stayed one night, we came away feeling rested and relaxed. Thank you!
