Good service, good advice, happy with the installation and our warm home. The installation was done around some renovation work, so the team had to work in with builders, coming and going a few times. It all went smoothly. I'd certainly use them again.
We had two heat pumps installed in January 2020 and were thoroughly impressed with the service before, during and after installation. Sam and his team are personable, knowledgable, practical and reliable - I cannot recommend them enough.
Sam designed and installed a commercial AC unit in our dimensional metrology laboratory. We had a tight temperature specification of 20C 1C 24/7 365 days/year. Sam did a professional job of the installation and tuned the system until it met (exceeded) our specification. I would recommend Sam and Whanga Cool without hesitation.
