I have to say I as shocked by the lack of professionalism of the staff. I enquired about a section and had a few questions about covenants etc. but the moment Annemarie Horrocks found I was unlikely to purchase because of covenants, rather than offering to discuss with developer as I requested, she simply changed the tone of her voice and couldn't get me off the phone quick enough as if I was wasting her precious time. In my opinion totally un-professional. I've been buying and selling houses/land for decades and have never been treated like this before, not even close to it.
