Urgent parcel to send to South Island. They found me bubble wrap to wrap my parcel, as it was fragile and sold me the geat option available. 9.00 to send parcel down South with tracking, peace of mind and they supplied the box, cheap as chips. Amazing service, a well deserved 5 stars. Thank you

Ignore what A.Moeke has to say about Kiwibank/Postshop Trafalgar Square. I use their Kiwibank service several times each week and find them fast, efficient, and helpful. Considering some of the morons I've seen the staff dealing with, I have to say they do a great job. Once one comes to realise the type of abusive customers they must deal with, one begins to understand why they're somewhat reserved in their interaction with the great unwashed.
In all honesty this place has the rudest customer service I have ever come across. Their western union services are by far the most shocking throughout the entire country with so many changes in policy's nearly every week and a lot of people let down. Staff from Palmerston North have said that on a regular Wanganui residents travel all the way to Palmerston mainly on weekends to do western union because it's so much easier. I wouldn't recommend this place at all for Service. Especially when it's the only western Union available on weekends in Wanganui & people travel upto 45 minutes to Trafalgar Square only to be let down In an arrogant manner!
