Great Safety Company. They don’t sell to the public but have been very helpful in finding a company who does sell there products in my area. Quality Safety provided me with all the product information I needed and even provided me with my buy price of the company in my area. Made my life 10 times easier. Would highly recommend to all company’s who are looking at purchasing safety items for their customers to contact this company.

An amazing and pleasant experience. Our orders have always been completed in a timely fashion. With great customer service from the sales team, always communicating & willing to go the extra mile. Have noticed there is new people in customer service, I am sure they will be as fantastic as the others. Keep up the good work Quality Safety

A normal 2 minute phone call turned into over an hour phone call. For the life of me could not understand the woman on the end of the phone. She had no clue on the products I was wanting to know a price on. Her accent was so strong I had to keep asking her to repeat herself. I do not have time to muck around trying to understand someone it wasted my time and wasted precious time for work that needed doing. Taking our business elsewhere.

Very limited supplier, more interested in servicing big accounts, very limited stock on hand and very limited information on incoming stock. Impossible to get hold.of any management. Poor service..

I have purchased from this company in the past as a cash sale customer. Phoned to order more harnesses to be told that I was not an onseller and could not buy from them if I did not have an account. Really? I have purchased before as a cash customer! Asked who I should contact to purchase from and the female with the strong hard to understand accent did not know who sells there products. Had to listen to her ask someone where to buy from. Have brought previously from there so don’t understand the issue and why I was told to purchase elsewhere. Also don’t understand why a place would employ someone who is hard to understand to answer phones and customer queries. She struggled with any question I asked and is not a good look for the companys reputation. I was ready to pull my hair out trying to get an adequate answer. Phoned one of the businesses she recommended I contact to purchase from and even they had words to say about the competence and struggles they have had dealing with this employee. They said they have a good laugh when they have had to deal with this employee for queries themselves. Roll there eyes when on the phone so other staff no they will be a while as they struggle to get an adequate answer. Very bad look for a New Zealand company. Thank goodness there are other brands of harnesses available to purchase in NZ and Aussie.

Supplier of the cheap and nasty side of safety equipment. Constantly out of stock on common items. Also known as Stockaid, their online retail shop, You will actually get better service from the retail branch.Low quality clothing which shrinks unevenly, You get what you pay for with these guys, they are cheap, and the service is nasty.

Sad to say but 12 months ago this was a top safety company, I'm not sure what has happened but the service, or lack of service, is appalling to say the least. Staff have very little product knowledge and do not have the ability to make decisions. Have had it with excuses about new staff members, Poor staff retention shows poor management. Maybe you can treat customers like this in South Africa, Not in NZ where there is more choice. Pick up the ball Qsi.

Not the worst company I have dealt with and the staff seem pleasant enough, However a ridiculous returns policy and lack of consultation with products being swapped out for lesser quality items without notice lets them down. When i rung to discuss the issue I received a flat "thats our policy sorry" reply.I asked for a manager or supervisor to call three days ago but not a peep. Sad to say but Amtech has filled the gap very well and we will move to them as first choice.
