These guys are excellent electricians. I have been using them for near on ten years now to look after rental properties and my own property. Nothing is ever a problem and every job is completed in a timely and cost efficient fashion. I have no hesitation in recommending Phillips electrical to do any job, big or small, residential or commercial. Good people.

The job was to install some extra electrical outlets in my home. I was told they'd get back to me within a week or 2 with a quote. A month later I call them to see what's going on and am told that they'll send me a quote asap. Another 5 weeks later, still nothing. Found a better business. :-)
I would not recommend using this company. We have had a horrific time. Asked someone to change a 3 phase kiln to single phase. One day an electrician turned up, stating he was here to look at the job, not to do any work. He suggested I sell the kiln instead of change its phase due to our power supply. He mucked about for a while looking at my functioning kiln and chatted. Then left. Next, I get a bill for 125! I replied to the email, stating that no work was done, not even a quote. And that had I known I would be charged for a quote I would have never enquired with their company. No reply. Just another bill. I replied the same. Then another bill. I replied the same. After the third bill was received my husband called into the store to talk to someone, but he was told the boss was out and that he would call him when back from lunch. Still no reply. Then today another bill...… for no work done..... and a notice that the file will be referred to a debt collection agency for recovery.

poor communication or shall I say no return call, no notification of pending visit, Lino damaged in 2 rooms , no apology , will not continue with them
