I was in the lounge which is roughly a 20second walk from my front door. I heard a knock and yelled I'll be there in a second. By the time I got to the door he was getting into his van and driving off. Now I have to waste time and go pick it up as they wont do redeliver

Can you please change your Saturday times on the website said you were open today! After organizing transport arrived at the depot this morning only to find out that you are now closed on Saturdays till further notice not impressed at all !!!
