I had been driving past Shine On for quite some time before I finally ventured inside (not sure why) but I was very glad I finally did. Now it's my favourite place to shop for clothes, whether in store or online. Lovely, helpful staff as well.

Purchased an item on 1 April. Was advised on 8 April it was no longer available and I would have to wait up to 10 working days for a refund. Emailed and asked for the rewards points I used to be credited back which they were. At working day 10, queried why I haven't received a refund but have had no reply. Today is working day 12 and still nothing. To take up to 3 days to reply to an email when you have had my money since the 1st is not good customer service. I would still love my refund please.

Clothes are amazing, however there was nowhere to park and most of the items I came to look at where not in store. One staff member was really helpful though!

I have been shopping online with shineon for a number of years and have often recommended to others however, my last shopping experience has left me less than impressed. I returned a pair of sandals in november (loved them but needed a bigger size) and haven't yet received a credit. I have sent multiple emails which have been left unanswered leaving me no choice but to leave this review. EDIT: As per Cliffs reply there has been a technical glitch between our email addresses and I have been unable to receive the credit emails! This issue has since been resolved.

Well... my wife seemed to spend an hour in this place so it must be good lol. As I did not personally step foot in here I can not give a fair review to this store so 3 stars it is. Edit: wife confirms, very good store. She loves it! So I'll change my rating from 3 stars to 1 star. How dare she LOLOL Just kidding. 5 stars!!!!
