Highly Recommend Becky at Solely Nutrition! Just finished up 12 weeks with her and I've achieved amazing results! Lost 11kgs so far and willing to push further. She helped me with having better eating habits to make myself feel good and I've gained much more confidence in myself as I suffered with a few issues with my body such as bloating constantly. Outstanding service, highly recommend. I am very busy and quite picky with food which can sometimes be quite difficult to find healthy options that are easy to make. Becky provides amazing quick and healthy recipes which fit well with busy lifestyles but also makes sure you are getting the nutrients you need. I had loads more energy to keep up with my busy lifestyle, my recovery from exercise was heaps better and in general I just felt so much healthier & happier. I've known Becky for years as a close friend but also in more recent years, as I've entered my twenties and started my career, I've turned to her for professional advice on nutrition both in and out of the workforce, so I can maintain a healthy lifestyle. My job is predominately sedentary so I am aware that maintaining a balanced and nutritious diet is essential for staying healthy, as well as keeping me focussed throughout my workday!
