The concrete business must be booming if they choose to turn customers away. I contacted this business and booked in a job. Nobody got in touch with me to follow up on the booking. I phoned several times and was transferred to the person who was supposed to contact me. I left several messages but never got a reply. I ended up going into the office in person. The two ladies were very pleasant and tried to help, but once again messages were left to contact me. I'm still waiting after three months. Very poor customer service.
