I can't recommend this place enough. We received one of our favorite wedding gifts here for our wedding in 2014. It's an absolutely stunning Kauri cutting board with our family logo engraved on it. We have loved it for years and always get compliments on it. I finally made it in today to buy a wedding gift with a newborn and a toddler in tow, and not only were they super pleasant to deal with, they had my gift engraved while I waited!! AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I appreciate service like this so much, especially after having an absolutely horrendous experience earlier this week at a local shop in town. With amazing quality gifts and service like this, I won't go anywhere else when I am looking for an elegant gift that will stand the test of time!! So pleased!

We had driven past Kauri Clock factory previously without stopping. This time we stopped. What a surprise when we entered the store , a veritable Aladdins Cave Of Clocks. The lady who looked after us was fantastic , I am sure her name was Angie or Angela. We would recommend this Store as a must Visit. Thank you so much for three beautiful Clocks which will be treasured by the recipients.
