Another great visiting experience. Pleasant, helpful and professional team. Shop clean, fresh and sparkling, as always. Thanks guys I received a Michael Hill watch with lifetime battery replacement as a gift twelve years ago. The watch is going strong, and remains in great condition. Getting the battery replaced involves losing the watch for a week each year or so because it get sent to their central workshop.

Absolutely terrible. Went in over a week ago to order a ring for my daughter's birthday, was told yep sure that's cool we will do it today and it should only take a week to arrive. Went in today to be told it wasn't actually ordered then they tried to put the blame on someone that had been away the last two days even though i went in over a week ago. No one bothered to call me earlier to say it would be a problem to get the ring in. Not happy. I went straight to Pascoes and they were more than happy to help me and quickly too.

Walked in yesterday and we were treated very poor looked at us as if we should not be in there we were dressed warm in jumpers cause of the rain I believe the three ladies behind the counter especially the older lady assumed we couldn't afford anything Was actually looking for a engagement ring and had 3000 to spend but we were made to feel very uncomfortable disappointing
