Too many people asking the same thing and charging. Communication seems poor and the invoices are not itemized so your not sure what your paying for.

As if running a business with young children wasn't challenging enough, I was hit quite hard with Postnatal depression after my second child. I knew I needed some help, and was referred to Ontrack Bookkeeping. It was the BEST decision we could have made for our business. I swear they have saved us a ton of money just with their efficiency. We also have someone who specializes in Tradies, who is amazing (Ismae!) The team at Ontrack Bookkeeping really know their stuff. With the new changes to weekly PAYE filing coming in it was time to get up to date with the latest in payroll software. The software package Ontrack recommended fits our needs perfectly and is already saving us time and money. They even did the whole change over for me and I didn't have to do a thing.
