Like a visit to the 60's. Food mediocre. Restaurant layout very poor and dated, stuffy. Why do I need to pay for tomato sauce when I have a meal there? One bottle of tomato sauce costs so little but you want to charge for a tiny plastic cup? The fish come wrapped in paper that took off all the skin of the meal when I unwrapped it. Super concept and could be great.
I ordered 9 fish and chips the fish smelt very off and the chips were average. Would not recommend.

Brought a flounder at 22.95 kg. Cost me 9 for 1 fish. Thought the price was a bit steep for what I got and the lady serving me had no idea where the fish came from. This information is important to me. If it was netted in the Hokianga I would happily pay the price. The flounder was fresh and tasty so I was satisfied but expect staff to be more knowledgeable about the products they sell.
