I have been having weekly-monthly massages with Thai Authentic Massage for the last 5 years and it is the best self care and maintenance money ever spent. As a GP I prescribe Thai massage regularly and especially to all people over 40. I explain that maintenance has to go up exponentially as we age and massage, in my view, is essential. Kop khun ka :-)
