Still waiting for an important item to be delivered to Paihia, almost a week overdue from their 'promise' and very little contact from this company. Very disappointed as we paid a premium to get this item from Dunedin and have been let down by this company. Perhaps try Mainfreight or a smaller local delivery firm, don't waste your money or time with these amateurs.

2 x professionally rolled up rugs plus sent from Auckland to North Auckland plus 1 small box. Box arrives but 10 days later and the rugs have been sent from Auckland to Whangarei. Then sat at Whangarei for last 9 days. 2 days ago they have been updated 'signed for' in Whangarei. Nothing further. I don't live in Whangarei. I live in Auckland. Where are they? Presumed stolen? Please help!

Super annoyed - my item was couriered from Christchurch 6 days, ago now according to tracking its been sitting at whangarei depot for 4 days waiting to be delivered to Kerikeri. I have call Whangarei depot left a message and sent two emails with no response. It's not an inexpensive item I'm kern to receive it. There's better courier services I carnt beleive this one is still in business.

Not impressed. Not for the first time they have mislaid my dog food delivery and I've had to go and get it myself. This time I have now run out of dog food and I can't get hold of them to check they can even find the not small package at their depot. My supplier can't get hold of them either - it's like there is no one at their office, we've been trying for over 24 hrs now. I will have to collect it today IF they can find it, however, am also waiting on a contractor to come here today sometime, so can't leave until they arrive. Better things to do than a delivery company's job for them.

Absolutely hopeless. Tracking will say signed and delivered, but I phone three times before just walking in, where they say, 'oh no, not here' but then they go look, and, what do you know, there it is. This has been our experience in EXACTLY this iteration SIX separate times. I don't know how a courier company can be THIS bad at getting items to their destination!
