First I have to say, they seem to be very nice people, but transparency-wise I am disappointed. I had an appointment for an oil change and for an oil change only, the lady on the phone specifically gave me the appointment on short notice for the next morning because I only wanted the oil change and not the oil change/service. Of course they checked everything, all the liquids etc., changed a light bulb and charged me for 1,5h of labour, 138NZD. An oil change shouldn't have taken longer than 15 minutes. All together I paid 268NZD. They also "road tested" the car, now my built-in wooden bed makes creaky noises all the time. I am on a real tight budget and feel a bit betrayed. I give 2 stars because they gave me the appointment on very short notice and a car to get around while they did the job, without any additional fee.
