Governors Bay is a bay within Marlborough and is nearby to Whenuanui Point, Kaireperepe Point and Ngakutu Point. This picnic area is only a short drive or decent bike ride from Picton. The Bay itself is a Department of Conservation site with a small grassy area, white sandy beach, long-drop toilet, and a short 15 minute walk down through a scenic reserve from the Queen Charlotte Drive.
