Visited them on Good Friday great service with them. This white cross is a lot more friendlier. The doctor was great with my daughter and same with the nurse we saw. When I asked the doctor a question he answered it and didn’t make me feel like I was silly to ask.

24/7 after hours medical center ( doctor). They are definitely open 24/7. If you ring reception and nobody answers, still come here for general medical after hours gp doctor. This is not however medical emergency. Excellent service.

The wait was ok to be expected. But Dr was very rude. She couldn't be bothered. Didn't even check or clean my wound. Or a casual how are you? More like what do you want. No advice or physio. Seriously you are better off with Dr goggle.Significantly money not people. Luckily she not in a real hospital. Nurses obviously are helpful. BUT if you need urgent help call the ambulance don't go here.

Staff were very helpful. Aware there a long wait times but everyone was happy to answer queries and do what they can. Nurses and Drs were really good.

Wonderful staff and efficient service but the facilities are shocking. The rooms are dirty, bathroom filthy and overall the facilities are in desperate need of basic maintenance such as painting and replacing rusty sinks and old equipment. The Nirvana group who run this must to better.

The nurse and doctor were extremely professional, experienced and lovely to deal with. They achieved a great result resetting a broken bone. Went before 7am, and was seen within 15 minutes.

Worst emergency ever!!! You wait over 3 hours to be seen and in such a big clinic there’s only one doctor working. An absolute rubbish of a clinic. Please don’t waste your time coming here.

Reception indian lady . Very rude and invasive . Took my name wanted to know what's wrong out loud its none of her business. I just wanted to see the doctor. Then after I told her whats it for.. she said sit down. Then I waited long time . New people come in and they went before me one after another ... I stood up to say whats going on and she looked at me rude as like what do you want ? Am like well whats going on. She's like are you mark? Am like no.. she's like ahh did you go and come back? Am like no.. I sat there in front of you after you told me sit down. She's like but have you been seen by the nurse ? Anyway through out this whole process from coming in so rude and the facials.. then said how long you been waiting ? I dont know.. long time.. then shes like but how long?!! You shouldn't be at this job! Find something alse this position of reception of a medical emergency centre is 100 not for you! So bad.. ended up waiting for 3 hours.. like what... Doctors awsome tho!
