The blond lady with the short hair that often sits at the front desk is simply terrible. She makes you feel like you just interrupt. She forgets that people with serious problems come to this place. Her unpleasant attitude can really hurt or spoil someones day, maybe someone who finally went to ask for help. Please employ someone nice and kind. This one should go and retire perhaps.

Terrible food parcel No pasta or rice No baked beans No marg No milk No bread No cereal No meat No soap Outdated sauce and crackers This won't help me till next pay day at all What can I do with butter beans? Eat them on their own? This parcel tells me they aren't willing to help its more of a parcel telling me to go away

All the social services are in one place or they will let you know how to find what you need. They have OSCAR after school and holiday programme running. You can get WINZ payment cards there. The staff are really friendly and helpful.
